Assault. Armando Colon, 26, Jamestown, NY, was charged by City of Warren police on May 29 with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on May 18 in the City of Warren.

Defiant trespass. Scheme R. Gray, 21, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on May 24 with defiant trespass from an incident that occurred on May 24 in the City of warren.

Possession. Robert S.C. Nimmo, 20, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on May 29 with possession of drug paraphernalia and purchasing alcohol by a minor from an incident that occurred on May 18 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Katie L. Prettyman, 42, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 21 with two counts of DUI and eight traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on May 5 in the City of Warren.

Retail theft. Steven A. Marucci, 57, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on May 21 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on May 13 in Conewango Twp.

Theft. Shawn J. Purpura, 51, Erie, was charged by Conewango Township police on May 22 with theft by deception from an incident that occurred on May 18 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. Jacob A. Zaner, 32, Warren, was charged by Warren County Detectives on May 21 with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on May 16 in Conewango Twp.

Fraud. Julie A. Darling, 33, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 14 with access device fraud, financial exploitation of an older adult or care-dependent person, theft and theft by deception from an incident that occurred on Feb. 21 in Pleasant Twp.

Assault. Dustin G. Etter, 28, Pittsfield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 22 with simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on May 21 in Brokenstraw Twp.
