DUI. Juan M. Alonzo, Jr., 33, Amarillo, Tx., was charged by Conewango Township police on May 18 with DUI and four traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on May 18 in Conewango Twp.

Assault. Brooke M. Benton, 43, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on May 16 with simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on May 11 in the City of Warren.

N. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE LAURA BAUER

Trespass. Preston J. Beerbower, 21, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on May 16 with defiant trespass from an incident that occurred on May 12 in Conewango Twp.

Retail theft. Derek P. Brewer, 42, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on May 16 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on June 19, 2023 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. Matthew L. Cabisca, 33, Clarendon, was charged by Conewango Township police on May 16 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on May 15 in Conewango Twp.

W. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE TODD WOODIN

DUI. Mark A. Blair, 61, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 17 with five counts of DUI and four traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on April 4 in Pittsfield Twp.

Registration failure. Tyler M. Drake, 32, Grand Valley, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 17 with failure to provide accurate registration information from an incident that occurred on April 26 in Southwest Twp.

DUI. James J. Lynch, 76, Tidioute, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 17 with two counts of DUI and three traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Sept. 10, 2023 in Deerfield Twp.

Assault. Christopher J. Schleicher, 28, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on May 18 with aggravated assault, simple assault, resisting arrest and harassment from an incident that occurred on May 18 in the City of Warren.

Assault. Christopher M. Walton, 44, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on May 18 with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, simple assault and two counts of harassment from an incident that occurred on May 18.
