Four guilty pleas were entered, charges were withdrawn against one and another was held for court during preliminary hearings on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

Scheyne R. Gray, 21, Warren, to possession of a controlled substance. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn.

Jacob Matteson, 40, to furnish drug free urine.

Nicole R. Pillars, 40, Warren, to possession of marijuana. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and no rear lights were withdrawn.

Bradley R. Sorensen, 39, Kennedy, NY, to defiant trespass and disorderly conduct. A count of harassment was withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against the following:

Layton T. Walker, 24, Marcy, NY,. Walker had been charged with retail theft and conspiracy (retail theft). A count of retail theft was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

Charles F. Kemery, III, 54, Russell, was held for court. Kemery has been charged with corruption of minors. Charges of trafficking in individuals and patronizing victim of human trafficking were withdrawn and a count of rape forcible compulsion was dismissed.
