C. Warren County – District Judge Raymond Zydonik

Possession. Taylor S. Kraft, 20, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on March 14 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and purchasing alcohol by a minor from an incident that occurred on March 9 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Jennifer L. McFall, 44, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on March 20 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on March 15 in the City of Warren.

N. Warren County – District Judge Laura Bauer

DUI. Andrew J. Bergstrom, 24, Sugar Grove, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 20 with two counts of DUI and two traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on March 10 in Farmington Twp.

DUI. Ronald J. Brown, 48, Tionesta, was charged on March 20 by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 20 with two counts of DUI and 12 traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on March 14 in Clarendon Borough.

Harassment. Steven W. Eck, 32, Sheffield, was charged by Conewango Township police on March 14 with harassment from an incident that occurred on March 10 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Mychail B. Gedz, 44, Lakewood, N.Y., was charged by Conewango Township police on March 19 with two counts of DUI and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on March 17 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Kelby K. Saddler, 35, Penn, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 20 with three counts of DUI, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and eight traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Feb. 15 in Mead Twp.

DUI. Lisa M. Stroup, 31, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 20 with two counts of DUI, smell/inhale toxic releasing substances, possession of solvent for release of toxic vapors/fumes and 10 traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Feb. 22 in Mead Twp.

Toxic substances. Michael W. Stroup, 40, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 20 with smell/inhale toxic releasing substances, possession of solvent for release of toxic vapors/fumes and depositing waste on highway from an incident that occurred on Feb. 22 in Mead Twp.
