Reckless endangerment. Cole D. DeVries, 23, Sheffield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 12 with recklessly endangering another person and 10 traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Feb. 26 in Sheffield Twp.

Custody violation. Vanessa B. Thomas, 31, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on March 10 with interference with the custody of children from an incident that occurred on March 10 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Robert M. Turner, 49, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 12 with two counts of DUI, driving on a suspended license and five traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Jan. 29 in the City of Warren.

N. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE LAURA BAUER

Possession. Tiffani N. Christenson, 37, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on March 5 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic violation from an incident that occurred on March 2 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. Daniel S. Dunbar, 45, Randolph, NY, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 5 with possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic violation from an incident that occurred on Jan. 27 in Sugar Grove Twp.

DUI. Dylan M. Kay, 29, Sugar Grove, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 6 with two counts of DUI and six traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Jan. 28 in Sugar Grove Borough.

DUI. Timothy A. Salapek, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on March 5 with two counts of DUI and two traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on March 1 in Conewango Twp.

Defiant trespass. Michael W. Stroup, 40, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on March 5 with defiant trespass from an incident that occurred on Feb. 26 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Joshua T. Clough, 46, Pittsfield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 8 with two counts of DUI and two traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Feb. 11 in Brokenstraw Twp.

Shane E. Tuszynski, 34, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 8 with five counts of DUI and seven traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Dec. 31 in Brokenstraw Twp.
