Defiant trespass. Zachary Kirkpatrick, 18, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Feb. 22 with defiant trespass and resisting arrest from an incident that occurred on Feb. 22 in the City of Warren.

Theft. Colby E. Lyle, 43, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Feb. 22 with theft from a motor vehicle and loitering and prowling at night time from an incident that occurred on Nov. 26 in the City of Warren.

Stalking. Colby J. Phillips, 49, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Feb. 22 with stalking, possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment from an incident that occurred on Feb. 17 in the City of Warren.

Burglary. James B. Gray, 63, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 3 with burglary, criminal trespass, theft and criminal mischief from an incident that occurred on March 1 in Elk Twp.

DUI. Caleb J. Hyde, 24, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Feb. 26 with two counts of DUI and for traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Feb. 24 in Conewango Twp.

Bad checks. Debra L. Nugent, 63, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Feb. 29 with bad checks from an incident that occurred on Jan. 17 in Conewango Twp.

Resisting arrest. Scheyne R. Gray, 21, was charged by Conewango Township police on Feb. 24 with resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance, four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing or attempting to elude police and a bicycle violation from an incident that occurred on Feb. 24 in Conewango Twp.
