Four defendants were sentenced on Friday by Judge Gregory Hammond at the Warren County Courthouse.
Adam J. Burton, 35, Youngsville, to six months probation, 48 hours incarceration, $925 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, 15 hours of community service and a 12 month license suspension on a count of DUI as well as $345 for operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility and $70 for careless driving.
Kevin W. Schrecengost, 36, Celoron, N.Y., to 59 days to one year incarceration with credit for 59 days time served, fingerprinting, $375 in fines and fees, 20 hours of community service, $349.73 in restitution and a no trespass order at Walmart on a count of retail theft as well as $245 in fines and fees and a license suspension for driving on a suspended license.
Christine E. Schroll, 29, Warren, to one year probation, $375 in fines and fees, parenting classes, treatment recommendations, 20 hours of community service and participation in the COG program on a count of recklessly endangering another person.
Sean D. Sprague, 47, Sheffield, to six months probation, 48 hours incarceration, $1,275 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, 15 hours of community service, participation in the DUI intervention program and a 12 month license suspension on a count of DUI and $345 for driving without a license.
