One guilty plea was entered, charges were withdrawn against one and two defendants were held for court during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Steven L. Lester, 59, Tidioute, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance.

Charges were withdrawn against Brandon M. Dailey, 30, Jamestown, NY. Dailey had been charged with retail theft. An additional count of retail theft was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

The following defendants were held for court:

Gary L. McCann, 48, Jamestown, NY, was held for court on charges of theft, receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Dustin L. Nelson, 43, Tiona, was held for court on charges of criminal trespass, burglary, theft and receiving stolen property. He was also held for court at a second docket on charges of burglary, theft and three counts of criminal mischief.
