Two defendants pleaded guilty while one pleaded not guilty during arraignment and change of plea proceedings on Thursday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

Jody J. Baran, 42, Youngsville, to charges at two dockets. At one, Baran pleaded guilty to accident with damage to attended vehicle or property and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility. At a second docket, Baran pleaded guilty to fleeing or attempting to elude police, criminal mischief, DUI and five traffic offenses. 15 additional charges were not prosecuted.

Eric M. Ferrell, 45, Olive Hill, Ky., to DUI and three traffic offenses. An additional count of DUI and two traffic offenses were not prosecuted.

Michael W. Howard, 56, Sharon, Pa., pleaded not guilty. Howard has been charged with two counts of DUI.
