C. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE RAYMOND ZYDONIK

DUI. Aaron R. Benson, 47, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Feb. 21 with two counts of DUI and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on Jan. 30 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Kaitlyn E. Blake, 25, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Feb. 21 with two counts of DUI and two traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Feb. 4 in the City of Warren.

Burglary. Sarah M. Pearman, 22, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Feb. 20 with burglary, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and harassment from an incident that occurred on Feb. 20 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Steven C. Wagner, 40, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Feb. 21 with possession of a controlled substance and two traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Jan. 5 in the City of Warren.

N. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE LAURA BAUER

Assault. Fred L. Rickabaugh, 49, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Feb. 19 with simple assault, terroristic threats, strangulation, false imprisonment and resisting arrest from an incident that occurred on Feb. 13 in Conewango Twp.

Retail theft. Paul A. Russo, 49, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on Feb. 21 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on July 25 in Conewango Twp.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Rt. 59 east of Kinzua Dam shortly after 10 p.m. on Feb. 15. A 2016 Subaru Impreza was traveling west on and struck what police describe as a “large boulder/rock” that “had fallen from the rockfall south of the road.” Police say that due to the late hour and turns in the roadway the operator was unable to avoid running over the rock. The vehicle’s undercarriage struck the rock, traveled an additional half mile and then shut down.

PINE GROVE TWP.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Feb. 18 shortly after 7 a.m. on S. Main St. east of Wintergreen Hill Ln. A 2015 Volkswagen Golf, driven by Sibyl M. Edwards, 49, Sheffield, was approaching a left-hand curve and left the travel lane onto the snowy/slushy shoulder for unknown reasons. The vehicle traveled approximately 25 yards off of the roadway, struck a tree and rolled onto the roof. Minor injuries were reported and Edwards was cited for driving on roadways laned for traffic.
