Possession. Lysa C. Harris, 32, Russell, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Feb. 14 with possession of marijuana and three traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Jan. 28 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Travis C. Hitchcock, 48, Russell, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Feb. 14 with two counts of DUI and five traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Feb. 10 in Sugar Grove Twp.

Vehicle violation. Kenneth D. Rockwell, 66, Sheffield, was charged by Conewango Township police on February 13 with possession/sale/use of display documents and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility from an incident that occurred on Feb. 9 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. Camden W. Schaffer, 22, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Feb. 17 with possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Dec. 30 in Conewango Twp.

Aggravated assault. Thomas M. Sliter, 43, Clarendon, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Feb. 14 with two counts each of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, simple assault and harassment as well as criminal trespass, criminal mischief, loitering and prowling at night time, disorderly conduct, DUI and two traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Feb. 13 in Sugar Grove Twp.

DUI. Michael W. Stroup, 40, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Feb. 13 with two counts of DUI, smell/inhale toxic releasing substances and two traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Jan. 14 in Conewango Twp.

Cigarette violation. Bradley S. Wakefield, 62, Titusville, Pa., was charged by Conewango Township police on Feb. 15 with possession of unstamped cigarettes and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on Feb. 14 in Conewango Twp.
