DUI. Kim A. Brecht, 50, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Jan. 29 with two counts of DUI and two traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Nov. 18 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Tina B. Cornelius, 48, was charged by City of Warren police on Jan. 29 with two counts of DUI and a traffic offense from an incident that occurred on Jan. 20 in the City of Warren.

DUI. John E. Lucas, Jr., 77, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 26 with two counts of DUI and five traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Jan. 13 in Glade Twp.

Possession. Jacob J. Owens, 38, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Jan. 30 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and three traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Jan. 26 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. Nicholas P. Valencia, 48, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Jan. 29 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana from an incident that occurred on Jan. 26 in Conewango Twp.

Defiant trespass. Scott E. Young, 42, Sheffield, was charged by Conewango Township police on Jan. 26 with defiant trespass from an incident that occurred on Jan. 19 in Conewango Twp.

LIMESTONE TWP.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Jan. 25 shortly after 10 p.m. on Rt. 62 north of Maple Ln. Noah M. Krofcheck, 19, Mercer, was traveling south and lost control of a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado, crossing the left lane and striking an embankment. No injuries were reported but troopers say the driver was cited for driving on roadways laned for traffic.
