Institutional vandalism. George A. Flasher, 22, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Jan. 22 with institutional vandalism from an incident that occurred on Nov. 8 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Steven L. Lester, 59, Tidioute, was charged by City of Warren police on Jan. 22 with possession of a controlled substance from an incident that occurred on Sept. 11 in the City of Warren.

Institutional vandalism. Corbin A. Kates, 22, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Jan. 22 with institutional vandalism from an incident that occurred on Nov. 8 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Precious L. Reiner, 19, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Jan. 22 with possession of marijuana and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Dec. 31 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Alton M. Swanson, III, 59, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Jan. 22 with two counts of DUI and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Jan. 12 in the City of Warren.

County – District Judge Laura Bauer

Possession. Richard A. Fitzgerald, 41, Clarendon, was charged by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office on Jan. 22 with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and seven counts of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Jan. 19 in Clarendon Borough.

Theft. Colby E. Lyle, 43, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Jan. 22 with theft from a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, 12 counts of possession of a controlled substance, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on Jan. 21 in the City of Warren.

Ignition interlock. Patrick D. Craft, 42, Columbus, Pa., was charged by Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 22 with illegally operating a vehicle without ignition interlock from an incident that occurred on Dec. 31 in Columbus Twp.
