Resisting arrest. Tina M. Bemis, 53, Youngsville, was charged by Youngsville Police on Jan. 20 with resisting arrest, false identification to law enforcement and nine counts of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Jan. 19 in Youngsville Borough.

Possession. Skye R. Keyes, 40, Guyton, Ga., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 19 with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Dec. 29 in Conewango Twp.

Offensive weapons. Travis A. Whipple, 38, Clarendon, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 19 with an offensive weapons offense and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Dec. 29 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. David S. Williams, 37, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Jan. 19 with possession of marijuana, operating a vehicle with a suspended license and a speeding violation from an incident that occurred on Nov. 22 in Conewango Twp.
