Charges were withdrawn against four defendants during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Maximilliana O. Mango, 39, Philadelphia. Mango had been charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic offense.

Shawn T. Moore, 34, Russell. Moore had been charged with fraud to alter title, registration or insurance. Charges of signal improper, disregard of traffic lane and driving on a suspended license were re-categorized as traffic offenses.

William Ohmer, 58, Warren. Ohmer had been charged with theft and receiving stolen property. A count of driving on a suspended license was re-categorized as a traffic offense while a count of disorderly conduct was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

David A. Wolfe, 29, Kane. Wolfe had been charged with driving on a DUI-related suspended license. A count of obedience to traffic control devices was re-categorized as a traffic offense.
