Two defendants were held for court while charges were withdrawn against two others during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Charges were withdrawn against the following defendants:

Timothy P. Duck, 45, Warren. Duck had been charged with possession of marijuana and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

George A. Flasher, 21, Warren. Flasher had been charged with institutional vandalism. A count of criminal mischief – damage to property was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

The following defendants were held for court:

Todd A. Dellahoy, 51, Erie, Pa. Dellahoy was bound over on charges of burglary, receiving stolen property, theft by unlawful taking and criminal trespass.

Joshua T. Hunneycutt, 37, Greeneville, S.C. Hunneycutt was bound over on charges of aggravated indecent assault without consent, indecent assault without consent, corruption of minors and unlawful contact with a minor.
