Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a three-vehicle crash that occurred on Rt. 62 south of Werner Dr. on Dec. 15 shortly after 1:30 p.m. Ozkan Ozkanca, 39, Toms River, NY, driving a 2019 Mack Trucks Anthem, was traveling north behind a 2018 Honda Odyssey, which activated a turn signal to make the turn onto Werner Dr. Troopers say Ozkanca failed to observe the other vehicle slowing and rear-ended the Odyssey. Debris from the crash struck a third vehicle that was traveling south. No injuries were suspected as a result of the crash. Troopers say Ozkanca was cited for following too closely.
