Terroristic threats. Tanner D. Fox, 33, Youngsville, was charged by Youngsville police on Dec. 12 with terroristic threats from an incident that occurred on Nov. 13 in Youngsville Borough.
Elk Twp.
Criminal trespass. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police reported that a Scandia Rd. resident woke up to discover that someone had been in his house without permission early in the morning of Dec. 10. Troopers say no items were reported stolen and that anyone with information is asked to contact state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.
Clarendon
Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on S. Main St. in Clarendon on Nov. 30 at 1:23 a.m. A 2013 Ford C-Max, driven by Jeremy L. Anderson, 40, Clarendon, was traveling west. Troopers allege that Anderson fell asleep, drifted off the north side of the roadway and struck a utility pole, breaking it into three sections. Minor injuries were reported and troopers say Anderson was cited for driving on roadways laned for traffic.
