Theft. Erica G. Johnson, 33, Pittsfield, was charged by City of Warren police on Dec. 4 with theft and receiving stolen property from an incident that occurred on Nov. 13 in the City of Warren.

Theft. William Ohmer, 58, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Dec. 9 with theft, receiving stolen property and driving on a suspended license from an incident that occurred on Dec. 7 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Kaitlyn J. Polley, 27, Sheffield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Dec. 6 with DUI, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and six traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Nov. 15 in Sheffield Twp.

False reports. Lugene H. Sturdevant, 35, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Dec. 6 with false reports from an incident that occurred on Dec. 6 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Jonathan R. Breeding, 24, Youngsville, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Dec. 8 with two counts of DUI and nine traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Nov. 5 in Sugar Grove Twp.

Possession. Joey L. Bunce, 29, Irvine, was charged by Warren County Detectives on Dec. 6 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Nov. 29 in Conewango Twp.

Trespass. Dustin L. Cabisca, 37, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Dec. 5 with criminal trespass – enter structure from an incident that occurred on Oct. 28 in Mead Twp.

Criminal mischief. Richard A. Fitzgerald, 41, Clarendon, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Dec. 8 with criminal mischief and theft of services from an incident that occurred on May 30 in Mead Twp.

Retail theft. Chaney P. Ford, 48, Fredonia, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on Dec. 7 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on Nov. 11 in Conewango Twp.

Larry J. McMillen, 63, Russell, was charged by Conewango Township police on Dec. 8 with simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on Dec. 7 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Michael W. Howard, 56, Sharon, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Dec. 7 with two counts of DUI and a traffic violation from an incident that occurred on Nov. 25 in Pleasant Twp.

Assault. Ryan D. McAuley, 18, Youngsville, was charged by Warren County Detectives on Dec. 5 with two counts each of simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on Nov. 8 in Youngsville Borough.

Fraud. Joseph R. Kuzminski, 37, Youngsville, was charged by Youngsville police on Dec. 6 with access device fraud and theft from an incident that occurred on Dec. 6 in Youngsville Borough.
