– DISTRICT JUDGE RAYMOND ZYDONIK

Possession. Precious L. Reiner, 19, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Nov. 23 with obstructing the administration of law, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Nov. 23 in the City of Warren.

Fraud. Cody S. Phinney, 30, Clarendon, was charged by City of Warren police on Nov. 23 with two counts of fraud to alter title, registration or insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Nov. 17 in the City of Warren.

N. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE LAURA BAUER

DUI. Cody A. Boutelle, 33, Clarendon, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Nov. 29 with two counts of DUI and six traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Nov. 19 in Clarendon Borough.

DUI. Jason A. Dahlstrand, 37, Erie, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Nov. 29 with two counts of DUI and nine traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Nov. 19 in Clarendon Borough.

W. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE TODD WOODIN

Business practices. Justin E. Drukenbrod, 41, Tidioute, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Nov. 22 with deceitful business practices from an incident that occurred on July 18 in Pleasant Twp.

DUI. Eric M. Ferrell, 46, Youngsville, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Nov. 22 with two counts of DUI and six traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Nov. 3 in Pleasant Twp.

Assault. Trinity L. Lindstrom, 48, Corry, Pa., was charged by Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police on Dec. 3 with simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on Dec. 2 in Columbus Twp.

Assault. Gregory D. Niedomys, 62, Corry, Pa., was charged by Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police on Dec. 3 with simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on Dec. 2 in Columbus Twp.

MEAD TWP.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Nov. 14 at 3:40 p.m. on US 6 south of Griff Hill Rd. A 2016 Subaru XV Crosstrek, driven by Shan M. Zurcher, 49, Clarendon, struck a vehicle that was stopped behind a school board that had its red lights and stop arm initiated. No injuries were reported but Zurcher was cited for driving vehicle at safe speed.

PITTSFIELD TWP.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Rt. 27 north of Depot St. on Nov. 15 at about 6:45 p.m. A 2006 Honda Civic, driven by a 17-year-old male, Bear Lake, was traveling at a high rate of speed and over-compensated on a right hand curve, leaving the roadway and striking an embankment before striking a utility pole and rolling end over end multiple times. The driver and a back seat passenger sustained minor injuries while the front seat passenger sustained a suspected head injury and was flown to UPMC Hamot for treatment. The driver was cited for driving vehicle at safe speed.

SHEFFIELD TWP.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Nov. 16 shortly after 7:30 a.m. on Nov. 16 on US 6 north of Saybrook Rd. A 2017 Hyundai Tucson, driven by Christopher M. Byham, 46, Kane, was following a 2019 Honda Passport, that began slowing for a school bus that was initiating a stop. Troopers say Byham was following too closely given traffic conditions and struck the rear end of the other vehicle. No injuries were reported but Byham was cited for following too closely.
