Cases resolved at preliminary hearings

One guilty plea was entered, charges were withdrawn against five and three defendants were held for court during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Anthony T. Pollaro, 32, Tidioute, pleaded guilty to furnishing drug-free urine. A count of possession of marijuana was withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against the following defendants:

Melissa M. Kaminski, 41, Westfield, NY. Kaminski had been charged with two counts of DUI and three traffic violations. A speed limit violation was re-categorized as a traffic offense.

Trinity L. Lindstrom, 48, Corry, Pa. Lindstrom had been charged with simple assault. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

Heidi L. Merritt, 42, Youngsville. Merritt had been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A count of disorderly conduct was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

Gregory D. Niedomys, 62, Corry, Pa. Niedomys had been charged with simple assault. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

Gabriel J. Rowles, 38, Warren. Rowles had been charged with criminal mischief. A summary count of criminal mischief was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

The following defendants were held for court:

Kevin S. Anderson, 35, Youngsville, was held for court on charges including conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver) and 10 counts of criminal use of a communications facility.

Timothy S. Cornell, 56, Sugar Grove, was held on a count of driving on a suspended license related to a DUI.

George E. Stoddard, 56, Ripley, NY, was held for court on two DUI counts.
