Charges were withdrawn against two defendants during preliminary hearings held Tuesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Charges were withdrawn against the following defendants:

Kim M. Cataldo, 60, Youngsville. Cataldo had been charged with retail theft. Two counts of retail theft were re-categorized as non-traffic offenses.

David L. Matteson, 40, Warren. Matteson had been charged with retail theft. Two counts of retail theft were re-categorized as non-traffic offenses.
