Simple assault. Meighan L. Johnston, 27, Sheffield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Nov. 8 with simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on Oct. 19 in Sheffield Twp.

Criminal mischief. Christian D. Vail, 30, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Nov. 13 with criminal attempt – theft and criminal mischief from an incident that occurred on Nov. 13 in the City of Warren.

N. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE LAURA BAUER

Possession. Christopher J. Frederick, 36, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Nov. 7 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Nov. 3 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. Kevin M. Hale, 53, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Nov. 7 with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Nov. 3 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Ronald J. Honey, 47, Steamburg, NY, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Npov. 13 with two counts of DUI and six traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Oct. 22 in Elk Twp.

DUI. Zachary P. Markham, 31, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Nov. 7 with two counts of DUI and three traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on Nov. 7 in Mead Twp.

Possession. Katelyn J. Phelps, 21, Spring Creek, was charged by Conewango Township police on Nov. 7 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Nov. 3 in Conewango Twp.

W. WARREN COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE TODD WOODIN

Trespass. Dustin L. Nelson, 43, Sheffield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Nov. 12 with criminal trespass, burglary, theft and receiving stolen property from an incident that occurred on Oct. 12 in Mead Twp.
