Trespass. Dustin L. Cabisca, 37, Tiona, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Nov. 5 with three counts each of criminal trespass, burglary, theft and receiving stolen property from an incident that occurred on Oct. 12 in Mead Twp.

Retail theft. Melissa L. Hancock, 36, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Nov. 2 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on Aug. 24 in Conewango Twp.

Retail theft. Monica S. Pacheco, 39, Jamestown, N.Y., was charged by Conewango Township police on Oct. 31 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on Oct. 5 in Conewango Twp.
