DUI. Hunter C. Houser, 28, Clarendon, was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 24 with two counts of DUI and a traffic violation from an incident that occurred on Sept. 21 in the City of Warren.

Institutional vandalism. Kurtis A. Groves, 32, was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 24 with institutional vandalism from an incident that occurred on Oct. 24 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Rockael N. Jamieson, 26, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 24 with two counts of DUI and three traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Oct. 15 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Sean D. Sprague, 47, Sheffield, was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 24 with two counts of DUI and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Sept. 27 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Jason L. Wilson, 42, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 28 with two counts of DUI and a traffic violation from an incident that occurred on Oct. 13 in the city of Warren.

Theft. Roger L. Bonavita, 41, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Oct. 28 with theft and receiving stolen property from an incident that occurred on Oct. 13 in the City of Warren.

Criminal trespass. Chris D. Morley, 38, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 27 with criminal trespass from an incident that occurred on Oct. 26 in Glade Twp.

Possession. Timothy P. Duck, 45, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 23 with possession of marijuana and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Oct. 23 in Pleasant Twp.
