Six guilty pleas were entered while charges against one were held for court during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

Richard L. Fitzgerald, 35, Sheffield, to disorderly conduct. A count of flight to avoid apprehension was withdrawn.

Scheyne R. Gray, 20, Warren, to theft. Charges of theft and receiving stolen property were withdrawn. A second docket that includes charges of possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana was also withdrawn.

Samantha S. Phillips, 33, Warren, to furnishing drug-free urine. Charges of vehicle registration suspended, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility and driving an unregistered vehicle were withdrawn.

Dakota M. Proestler, 24, Jamestown, N.Y., to theft. A count of theft was withdrawn.

Nicholas G. Reardon, 20, Warren, to false reports.

Robert T. Wingard, 31, Warren, to possession of drug paraphernalia.

Carla K. Baumgardner, 48, Warren, was held for court on charges including two counts of DUI and careless driving.
