Possession. Patrick I. Donovan, 36, of Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 23 with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Sept. 23 in the City of Warren.
Assault. Douglas R. Harkins, 49, of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 23 with aggravated assault, simple assault, disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness from an incident that occurred on Sept. 23 in the City of Warren.
Burglary. Timothy A. Morvay, Jr., 42, of Corry, Pa., was charged by Youngsville Police on Sept. 22 with burglary, conspiracy (burglary), theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy (theft from unlawful taking) from an incident that occurred on Sept. 22.
DUI. Tyler D. Broderick-Phillips, 29, of Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 21 with two counts of DUI and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on Sept. 9 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Kyle Sheldon, 28, of Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Sept. 19 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Sept. 7 in Conewango Twp.

Assault. Abraham Millham, 34, of Irvine, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Sept. 19 with strangulation, simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on Sept. 18 in Brokenstraw Twp.
Theft, Kevin R. Price, 21, Corry, of was charged by Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property from an incident that occurred on Aug. 1 in Freehold Township.
