Bad checks. Lana J. Cunningham, 77, Russell, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 4 with a count of bad checks from an incident that occurred on Feb. 24 in the City of Warren.

DUI. John M. Duncan, 51, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 6 with two counts of DUI from an incident that occurred on Aug. 13 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Nathan J. Johns, 22, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Sept. 6 with two counts of recklessly endangering another person, DUI, reckless driving and driving without a license from an incident that occurred on July 13 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Corbin Kates, 22. Jamestown, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on Sept. 8 obstructing the administration of law, resisting arrest, false identification to law enforcement, disorderly conduct, DUI and driving on a suspended license from an incident that occurred on Sept. 8 in the City of Warren.

Drug charges. Mark A. Kingsley, 46, Waterford, was charged by Warren County Detectives on Sept. 1 with four counts of criminal use of a communications facility as well a count of conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver) from an incident that occurred on Sept. 1

Retail theft. Laurel A. Long, 27, Frewsburg, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on Sept. 5 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on June 10 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. David D. Schoch, 29, North Olmsted, Oh., was charged by Youngsville Borough police on Sept. 6 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Aug. 25 in Youngsville.

Assault. Victoria H. Wesolowski, 29, Pittsfield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Sept. 8 with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on Sept. 7 in Pittsfield Twp.
