One pleads guilty at preliminary hearings
One guilty plea was entered while charges were withdrawn against one during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.
Gabriel L. Wenzel, 21, Warren, pleaded guilty to illegal operation without ignition interlock, driving at safe speed, failure to notify police of an accident, investigation by officer – duty of operator and careless driving. Four additional traffic violations were withdrawn.
Charges were withdrawn against Donovan P. Etter, 53, Warren. Etter had been charged with retail theft. Three counts of retail theft were re-categorized as non-traffic offenses.
