Bad checks. Hilda F. Long, 37, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 23 with bad checks from an incident that occurred on Aug. 7 in the CIty of Warren.

Assault. Shontrail D. Maye, 37, Russell, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 24 with strangulation, simple assault, harassment and public drunkenness from an incident that occurred on Aug. 24 in the City of Warren.
