Theft. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the theft of a stolen license plate allegedly taken from a vehicle on Erie Ave. sometime between June 21 and July 19. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police.

GLADE TWP.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on June 24 at 3:14 a.m. on Jackson Ave. west of Hohman Rd. Troopers say Sawyer T. Lawson, 18, Warren, was traveling east on Jackson Ave. and struck a guide rail while attempting to negotiate a left-hand turn. According to police, Lawson then overcorrected, causing the vehicle to leave the roadway and strike an embankment. No injuries were reported but Lawson was cited for driving on right side of roadway.

WARREN POLICE

Hannah Irvine, 32, of Warren, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on Wednesday after officers received a request to assist Adult Probation.

Michaelangelo Miranda, 23, of Warren was charged with two counts of aggravated assault, obstruction administration of law enforcement, two counts of simple assault, harassment and public drunkenness on July 4 after officers responded to a domestic dispute.

Thomas Barton Jr., 55, of Warren was charged with arrest for violation of order on July 27 following an investigation into a violation of PFA.

Laila Santos, 19, Trevor Peterson, 18, and two 17 year-old juveniles, all of Warren, were cited for purchase of alcohol by a minor on July 27 after officers responded to local park for a report of an underage drinking party occurring.

William Clinger, 77, of Warren was charged with accident damage to unattended vehicle on July 28 following an investigation into a hit and run accident.

Jessica Hesch, 37, of Warren was cited for Animals confined within premises of the owner on Tuesday after officers responded to a dog running loose.
