Two guilty pleas were entered, charges were withdrawn against three while three defendants were held for court during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

¯ Shawna M. Perry, 29, Grand Valley, to possession of a controlled substance. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn.

¯ Douglas E. Wallech, III, 24, Warren, to disorderly conduct. A count of false reports was withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against the following defendants:

¯ Mark P. English, 44, Russell. English had been charged with simple assault. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

¯ Amber L. Kiley, 40, Russell. Kiley had been charged with simple assault. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

¯ Jora Shirley, 27, Sugar Grove. Shirley had been charged with retail theft. A count of retail theft was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

The following defendants were held for court:

¯ Alicia Geiger, 34, Columbus, Pa., who faces a count of endangering the welfare of children.

¯ Brandon R. Philbrick, 30, Warren, who faces charges of burglary, theft, criminal trespass and receiving stolen property.

¯ Mikael J. Wismar, 42, Columbus, Pa., who faces a count of endangering the welfare of children.
