Sentences handed down in county court

The following individuals were sentenced by President Judge Maureen Skerda on Friday at the Warren County Courthouse.

¯ Zackery R. Antoniotti, 32, Pittsfield, to 30 to 60 months incarceration in state prison, $2,700 in fines and fees, credit for 148 days time served and mental health priority in state prison on a count of fail to register with the Pennsylvania State Police.

¯ Timothy U. Barnett, 29, Union City, to three months to two years less on day incarceration, one year probation, $1,675 in fines and fees, to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with recommendations, submission of a DNA sample, 60 hours of community service and credit for eight days time served on a count of criminal trespass as well as $150 in fees and $400 in restitution on a count of criminal mischief.

¯ Michael A. Cummings, 50, Warren, to 17 to 60 months incarceration, $1,075 in fines and fees, a no contact order, submission of a DNA sample and to be given priority for drug and alcohol, anger management and mental health treatment in the state system on a count of terroristic threats as well as 12 to 24 months incarceration concurrently on a count of recklessly endangering another person and nine to 18 months incarceration consecutive on a count of simple assault.

¯ Lonnie G. Dombrowski, 62, Clarendon, to 5 days incarceration as part of six months probation, $1,100 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension and 60 hours of community service on a count of DUI as well as $70 each on charges of disregard traffic lane and careless driving.

¯ Stephen W. Eck, 31, Sheffield, to $450 in fines and fees, a no contact/no trespass order and healthy relationships and anger management evaluations on a count of harassment.

¯ Joshua A. Farnsworth, 32, Warren, to 12 months house arrest, seven years probation, $3,600 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, an 18 month license suspension, submission of a DNA sample and compliance with treatment court on a count of DUI as well as $70 on a count of disregard traffic lane.

¯ Shondra L. Filiatrault, 48, Warren, to 16 to 32 months incarceration in state prison, $1,575 in fines and fees, a no contact/no trespass order, submission of a DNA sample and priority for mental health and anger management treatment on a count of terroristic threats.

¯ Tyler E. Howard, 21, Warren, to 11.5 months to two years less one day incarceration , one year probation, $306.36 in restitution, $1,300 in fines and fees, a no contact/no trespass order, 150 hours of community service, mental health treatment and credit for 192 days time served on a count of terroristic threats as well as $70 on a count of failure to stop at red signal.

¯ Kendra A. Jackson, 30, Corry, Pa., to one year probation, $625 in fines and fees and 40 hours of community service on a count of disorderly conduct.

¯ Arthur T. Johnson, III, 30 Warren, to seven months to 23.5 months incarceration, $2,070 in fines and fees, a one year license suspension, credit for 46 days time served and submission of a DNA sample on a count of fleeing or attempting to elude officers as well as $245 and a one year license suspension on a count of driving on a suspended license; $520 in fines and fees and a one year license suspension on another count of driving on a suspended license and $70 each on charges if fail to yield to emergency vehicle and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection.

¯ James P. Marther, 54, Erie, Pa., to 90 days house arrest as part of six months probation, $800 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, 30 hours of community service and mental health treatment on a count of DUI.

¯ Rachel A. Snyder, 38, Warren, $525 in fines and fees, $214.88 in restitution and a no trespass order at Walmart on a count of retail theft.

¯ Silk E. Spencer, 36, Jamestown, NY, to 164 days to one year incarceration with credit for 164 days time served and $525 in fines and fees on a count of access device fraud.

¯ Donald A. Walters, 37, Warren, to nine to 18 months incarceration, $1,275 in fines and fees, a no contact/no trespass order, 50 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample and compliance with mental health treatment on a count of simple assault as well as one year probation and $555.70 in restitution on a count of criminal mischief.

¯ Jessica M. Wolfgang, 43, to Jamestown, NY, to 90 days to two years incarceration, $1,025 in fines and fees, priority for drug and alcohol treatment and submission of a DNA sample on a count of escape.

¯ Kristopher A. Wright, 31, Youngsville, Pa., to 12 months to seven years incarceration, $3,750 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, an 18 month license suspension, credit for 90 days time served, submission of a DNA sample and priority for drug and alcohol treatment on a count of DUI as well as $1,045 in fines and fees and a 12 month license suspension on a count of driving with BAC .02+ while license suspended.
