Pleas entered in Warren County Court

Judge Gregory Hammond accepted the following pleas during plea court last Thursday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Amber L. Kiley, 40, Russell, to resisting arrest and harassment. A count of aggravated assault was not prosecuted.

Michelle L. Marasco, 48, Russell, to DUI and two traffic violations. An additional count of DUI and four traffic violations were not prosecuted.

Noah J. Marcy, 21, Warren, to DUI, restrictions on alcohol beverages and a traffic violation. Three counts of DUi and an additional traffic violation were not prosecuted.

Kevin N. Nelson, 32, Warren, to possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Charges of possession with intent to deliver and conspiracy – possession with intent to deliver were not prosecuted.

Thomas A. Niles, 32, Warren, to fleeing or attempting to elude officers, five traffic violations and driving on a suspended license related to a DUI. Charges of recklessly endangering another person and seven additional traffic violations were not prosecuted.

Amber L. Theuret, 33, Grand Valley, to charges at five total dockets including possession of a controlled substance, false identification to law enforcement, possession of a controlled substance, criminal trespass – enter structure, flight to avoid apprehension and criminal mischief – damage property. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, false identification law enforcement, possession of marijuana and burglary were not prosecuted.

David J. Tremblay, Jr., 49, Pittsfield, to DUI and a traffic violation. Five additional counts of DUI and a traffic violation were not prosecuted.
