COUNTY – DISTRICT JUDGE LAURA BAUER

Indecent assault. Mitchell S. Dodge, 39, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on July 20 with indecent assault from an incident that occurred on June 3 in Conewango Twp.

Assault. Amber L. Kiley, 40, Russell, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on July 21 with simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on July 20 in Pine Grove Twp.

Assault. Achior A. Oliver, Jr., Clarion, was charged by City of Warren police on July 9 with aggravated assault and simple assault from an incident that occurred on July 4 in Conewango Twp.

Retail theft. Jada M. Shirley, 45, Sugar Grove, was charged by Conewango Township police on July 21 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on March 30 in Conewango Twp.

Retail theft. Jora R. Shirley, 27, Sugar Grove, was charged by Conewango Township police on July 21 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on June 2 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. Shawna M. Perry, 29, Grand Valley, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on July 24 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on June 7 in Eldred Twp.

Harassment. Scott J. Smith, 40, Pittsfield, was charged by Corry-based Pennsylvania State Police on July 24 with harassment and disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on July 4 in Freehold Twp.

Possession. Anthony J. Stufflebeam, 36, Grand Valley, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on July 24 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on June 7 in Eldred Twp.

PINE GROVE TWP.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police received a report of a hit-and-run crash on July 14 at 4:54 p.m. on Fox Hill Rd. Troopers say the incident is currently under investigation.

SHEFFIELD TWP.

Identity theft. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a report of identity theft at a Miller St. residence on July 16. Troopers say that a female victim received a Feb. 2023 invoice for a COVID small business loan that she had not applied for. Police say the victim reported it as false to the lender back in February.
