Wanted. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police are seeking information regarding the whereabouts of a man involved in an alleged assault on Monday. Troopers say Wayne Glasgow, 32, punched a victim multiple times in the face at a US 6 residence and that there is an active arrest warrant in place on charges of simple assault and harassment. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police.
