Two cases resolved at preliminary stage
One guilty plea was entered while one was held for court during preliminary hearings on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.
Caroline A. Frampton, 30, Warren, pleaded guilty to a count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Allan M. Shoemaker, 29, Warren, was held for court. Shoemaker has been charged with accident involving damage to an attended vehicle/property, duties at stop, reckless driving, fail to notice police of an accident, give false information, driving an unregistered vehicle, careless driving and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility.
