Sentences imposed in county court

The following sentences were handed down Monday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Danielle R. Arrington to five years probation including 90 days house arrest, $1,750 in fines and fees, 40 hours of community service and an 18 month license suspension on a count of DUI – second offense and $70 on a count of careless driving. A second docket for a third-offense DUI charge brought seven years probation including 12 months comprised of 71 days in the county jail and house arrest with credit for 72 days; $3,150 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, 50 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample, an 18 month license suspension and admission to treatment court as well as six months house arrest, a $2,500 fine and 150 hours of community service on a count of driving on a suspended license.

Lawrence G. Billotte, 40, St. Mary’s, Pa., to two days to two years incarceration with credit for two days time served, $625 in fines and fees, 20 hours of community service, $1,355.54 in restitution and a no trespass order at Walmart on a count of retail theft.

William W. Birchard, 23, Warren, to three to 20 months in the county jail with credit for four days time served, $625 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample and 30 hours of community service on a count of firearm not to be carried without a license as well as 45 to 90 days incarceration, 10 hours of community service and a no contact order on a count of harassment – stalking. At a second docket, Birchard was sentenced to one year probation, $125 in fees and 20 hours of community service on a count of firearm not to be carried without a license.

Christopher L. Jenkins, 49, Erie, Pa, to five years probation including 90 days incarceration with credit for three days time served and three months house arrest, $2,550 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, treatment, 40 hours of community service and an 18 month license suspension on a count of DUI as well as $70 for careless driving and $345 for operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility.

Matthew K. Luvison, 69, Youngsville, to six months probation including credit for 31 days of inpatient treatment, $1,150 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension and 15 hours of community service on a second-offense DUI and $70 on a count of careless driving.

Lionel A. Wescott, 34, Jamestown, N.Y., to five years probation including 30 days incarceration and 60 days house arrest, $2,400 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, submission of a DNA sample, 40 hours of community service and an 18 month license suspension on a second-offense DUI as well as $70 on a count of stop signs and yield signs.
