Three guilty pleas were entered while pleaded not guilty during arraignment court on Thursday morning.

Guilty pleas were entered by the following defendants:

Kristen A. Cramer, 52, of Lakewood, N.Y., to retail theft.

William E. Fry, 60, of Youngsville, to DUI and careless driving. A count of DUI was not prosecuted.

Stephanie A. Sweet, 40, of Warren, to simple assault and public drunkenness. Charges of aggravated assault and harassment were not prosecuted.

The following defendants pleaded not guilty:

William W. Birchard, 22, of Warren. Blanchard has been charged with two counts of strangulation, simple assault, disorderly conduct, harassment and criminal mischief.

Joshua D. Carpenter, 47, of Youngsville. Carpenter has been charged with two counts of DUI and two traffic violations.

David M. Conner, 46, of Bradford. Conner has been charged with two counts of DUI

Brett A. Kaminske, 37, of Oil City. Kaminske has been charged with two counts of DUI.
