FARMINGTON TWP.

Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on June 7 at 2:37 a.m. on Miller Hill Rd. A 2011 Ford F350, driven by Ethan E. Nizzi, 18, Warren, fell asleep and left the roadway, striking a ditch and overturning. The vehicle then struck a tree. Minor injuries were reported and Nizzi was cited in connection with the accident.

GLADE TWP.

Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on June 21 at 11:03 p.m. on Scandia Rd. Joshua P. Simpson, 46, Jamestown, NY, was traveling north and left the roadway, striking a ditch and causing the vehicle to roll over. Troopers say Simpson then fled the scene. Troopers say that Simpson was cited for duty to give information and render aid.

LIMESTONE TWP.

Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Kelly Hill Rd. on June 10 at 1:08 a.m. Troopers say that a 2016 Ford Focus, driven by Mason R. Silvis, 35, North Chesterfield, Va., failed to negotiate a right turn and left the roadway, striking a tree. Troopers say that an investigation revealed that Silvis was under the influence and taken into custody.

PINE GROVE TWP.

Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a three-vehicle accident on June 3 at 11:15 a.m. on Rt. 62 at the intersection with Swede Hill Rd. Matthew N. Collins, 18, Warren, was driving a 2001 GMC Yukon and, troopers say, failed to see two other vehicles stopped in a construction zone. Troopers say Collins attempted to stop but due to the trailer and load it was hauling, the vehicle was pushed sideways, striking a vehicle that was then pushed into another vehicle. Minor injuries were reported in one of the vehicles. Collins was cited for driving vehicle at safe speed.

PLEASANT TWP.

Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on June 3 at 2:21 p.m. on Rt. 62 south of Grunderville Rd. Troopers say Timothy R. McLaughlin, 59, Tidioute, was driving south and for unknown reasons both passenger tires were flat, leaving tire tracks and gouge marks for .6 miles. Troopers say those marks show that the vehicle left its lane of travel three times. The vehicle then struck an embankment and overturned. Troopers say that McLaughlin, who was charged with driving under the influence, was transported to Warren General for the treatment of injuries.

WATSON TWP.

Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on June 12 at 6:31 a.m. on Rt. 62 at Cobham Park. Sarah L. Buchanan, 34, Warren, was traveling north and inadvertently left the road, striking an embankment. No injuries were reported. Troopers say Buchanan was cited for drivers required to be licensed.
