Possession. Jose A. Padilla, 28, Dunkirk, NY, was charged by City of Warren police on June 21 with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and a traffic violation from an incident that occurred on June 19 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Jedakiah J.R. Pratz, 18, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on June 23 with DUI and five traffic violations from an incident that occurred on June 9 in the City of Warren.

DUI. William C. Tarpenning, 59, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on June 21 with three counts of DUI, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on May 14 in the City of Warren.

Retail theft. Donovan P. Etter, 52, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on June 21 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on March 1 in Conewango Twp.

Firearm violation. Charles H. Stevens, Jr., 68, Corry, Pa., was charged by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office on June 16 with possessing a firearm with a manufacturing number altered from an incident that occurred on June 15 in Columbus Twp.

DUI. Justin D. Brecht, 26, Clarendon, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on June 19 with two counts of DUI and five traffic violations from an incident that occurred on June 17 in Pleasant Twp.

Endangerment. Nicole R. Johnson, 39, Youngsville, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on June 19 with two counts of endangering the welfare of children and possession of a controlled substance from an incident that occurred on May 15 in Brokenstraw Twp.

DUI. Dylan C. Oleson, 24, Waterford, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on June 26 with three counts of DUI, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and nine traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on June 13 in Youngsville Borough.
