Retail theft. Brent A. Robbins, 30, Kennedy, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on June 16 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on March 3 in Conewango Twp.

Disorderly conduct. Cierra D. Wenzel, 22, Clarendon, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on June 14 with disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on May 19 in Clarendon Borough.
