Trespass. Zachary D. Anderson, 28, Clarendon, was charged by city of Warren police on June 12 with defiant trespass, disorderly conduct and harassment from an incident that occurred on June 4 in the city of Warren.

DUI. Michael D. Booser, 55, Erie, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on June 13 with two counts of DUI and six traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on May 26 in the city of Warren.

DUI. Donald L. Hurst, 49, Oak Harbor, Ohio, was charged by city of Warren police on June 12 with DUI and four traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on May 22 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Nicholas W. Tarpenning, 28, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on June 12 with two counts of DUI and two traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on May 19 in the city of Warren.

Threats. Joshua D. Burger, 31, Johnsonburg, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on June 12 with terroristic threats and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on May 25 in Clarendon Borough.

DUI. Garrett A. Frederoski, 29, Saint Marys, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on June 12 with two counts of DUI and two traffic violations from an incident that occurred on May 25 in Clarendon Borough.

DUI. Martha E. Gray, 43, Pittsfield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on June 13 with two counts of DUI and seven traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on April 8 in Brokenstraw Twp.

Assault. Brent A. Haehn, 45, Grand Valley, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on June 11 with two counts of simple assault, two counts of terroristic threats and a count of harassment from an incident that occurred on June 10 in Eldred Twp.

Theft. Mark E. Lepley, Sr., 49, Williamsburg, Oh., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on June 13 with theft by deception from an incident that occurred on April 10 in Pleasant Twp.
