Possession. Caroline A. Frampton, 30, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on April 27 with possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on April 26 in the City of Warren.

Accident. Allan M. Schumacher, 29, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on April 30 with accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property and six traffic violations from an incident that occurred on April 8 in the City of Warren.

Intimidate witness. Blaydon F. Niles, 31, Falconer, NY, was charged by Conewango Police on May 2 with intimidate witness/victim — withhold testimony from an incident that occurred on April 18 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. Rhiannon L. Sheldon, 41, Clarendon, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 2 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on April 24 in Mead Twp.

DUI. Michael J. Stover, 24, Youngsville, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police with two counts of DUI and four traffic violations from an incident that occurred on April 15 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. Mikeal L. Thomas, 44, McKees Rocks, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on May 2 with possession of marijuana from an incident that occurred on April 24 in Mead Twp.

DUI. Barbara M. Dalessandro, 50, Tidioute, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 28 with DUI and seven traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on April 2 in Pleasant Twp.

Burglary. Amber L. Theuret, 33, Garland, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on April 28 with burglary and criminal trespass — enter structure from an incident that occurred on March 30 in Brokenstraw Twp.

BROKENSTRAW TWP.

Recovered vehicle. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police received a report on April 10 from Bob’s Garage, Matthews Run Rd., in an attempt to find the owner of a vehicle that had been involved in an accident about one year ago. Troopers said that they determined that the vehicle was stolen out of Detroit, Mi.

Theft. Warren-based Pennsylvania State reported that sometime between April 20 and April 21 someone removed two Tidioute Borough street signs. Anyone with information is asked to contact Warren County Crime Stoppers.
