4 plead guilty at preliminary hearings
Four defendants entered guilty pleas during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.
Shawn R. Banister, 40, Erie, Pa., to possession of marijuana. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn.
Carlos M. Brittain, 22, Grand Valley, to disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. A count of restrictions on alcoholic beverages was withdrawn.
Denise M. Grove, 52, Tidioute, to theft by deception. A count of trademark counterfeiting was withdrawn.
Henry J. Viator, 19, Warren, to possession of a controlled substance. A count of possession of marijuana was withdrawn.
