Fleeing. Thomas A. Niles, 32, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on April 27 with fleeing or attempting to elude officer, recklessly endangering another person and 13 traffic offenses from an incident that occurred on April 26 in the City of Warren.

BROKENSTRAW TWP.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on National Forge Road on April 18 shortly after 7:30 p.m. A 1999 Dodge Ram, driven by Kenneth V. Lane, 33, Youngsville, was traveling east when Lane lost control and struck an embankment. Lane and a passenger were transported to Warren General Hospital for the treatment of injuries. Lane was cited, according to police, with driving on roadways laned for traffic.

PITTSFIELD TWP.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched to West End Auto Parts, 29950 US 6, for a report of criminal mischief. Troopers report that someone entered the complex between April 19 and April 24 and caused approximately $8,700 in damage to used car parts. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.
