Child endangerment. Steven T. Stewart, 36, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on April 6 with endangering the welfare of children, simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on Feb. 26 in the City of Warren.

PLEASANT TWP.

Theft. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police received a report that $100 was stolen from a Kennedy, NY woman at the 600 block of Pleasant Drive on March 30 shortly after 3 p.m.

SHEFFIELD TWP.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that someone struck a window at the Sheffield Post Office with a blunt object. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.
