The following defendants entered pleas during change of plea proceedings on Monday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Danielle R. Arrington, 43, Erie, Pa., to charges at two dockets including two counts of DUI and two traffic violations. Two additional counts of DUI, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two traffic violations were not prosecuted.

Karen L. Green, 58, Tidioute, to retail theft.

Arthur Khurshadyan, 58, Erie, Pa., to DUI, driving on a DUI-suspended license and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility. Charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two traffic violations were not prosecuted.
