Charges were withdrawn against four and one was held for court in preliminary hearings held recently at the Warren County Courthouse.

Charges were withdrawn against the following:

¯ Donnie L. Gosling, 28, Pittsfield. Gosling had been charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. A count of disorderly conduct was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

¯ Jeremy L. Graham, 46, Clearfield, Pa. Graham had been charged with bad checks.

¯ Quentin M. Howard, 33, Warren. Howard had been charged with criminal mischief — damage property.

¯ Jay L. Morley, 61, Warren. Morley had been charged with forgery.

¯ Robert A. Muntean, 53, Erie, Pa., was held for court. Muntean faces charges including three counts of DUI, off road lighting, careless driving and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility.
