Sentences handed down in county court

President Judge Maureen Skerda handed down the following sentences on Friday morning during sentence court proceedings at the Warren County Courthouse.

¯ Lisa R. Bailey, 51, Warren, to 63 days to one year incarceration with credit for 63 days time served, $575 in fines and fees, a no contact/no trespass order and 30 hours of community service on a count of defiant trespass.

¯ Shawanda M. Brofford, 38, Laurelville, Oh., to 114 days to one year incarceration with credit for 114 days time served, $1,025 in fines and fees, to undergo drug and alcohol and mental health evaluations and comply with recommendations and to conduct any future business with the county Register & Recorder’s office via email on a count of tamper with public record.

¯ John S. Brown, 58, Warren, to a $150 fine, a no contact/no trespass order and compliance with mental health treatment recommendations on a count of harassment.

¯ Joshua A. Farnsworth, 31, Warren, to a seven year sentence including nine months house arrest and the rest on probation, $2,050 in fines and fees, submission of a DNA sample and admission to the treatment court program on a count of criminal trespass — enter structure.r

¯ Dakota S. Griffin, 23, Russell, to one year probation, $63,000 in restitution, $550 in fines and fees, a no contact/no trespass order and 50 hours of community service on a count of criminal mischief — damage property.

¯ David L. Harkins, Jr., 33, Youngsville, to six to 12 months incarceration, $2,925 in fines and fees, a 12 month license suspension and 50 hours of community service on a count of driving on a DUI-related suspended license as well as $120 on a count of restraint systems — child booster seat.

¯ Amanda K. Headen, 39, Frewsburg, NY, to 10 days to 18 months incarceration with credit for 10 days time served, $100 in restitution, $875 in fines and fees, 30 hours of community service and submission of a DNA sample on a count of theft by deception.

¯ Lawrence J. Heberle, Jr., 63, Warren, to 15 days incarceration to 15 days house arrest and the rest of a six month sentence on probation, $1,375 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel program, a 12 month license suspension, 30 hours of community service and compliance with drug and alcohol treatment recommendations on a count of DUI as well as $70 each on charges of careless driving and disregard traffic lane.

¯ Cody C. Jackman, 39, Garland, to one year probation, $237.96 in restitution, $1,525 in fines and fees, a no contact/no trespass order, 80 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample and compliance with mental health treatment recommendations on a count of criminal trespass — enter structure.

¯ Irisbelle Lacourt, 29, Warren, to 23 days to one year incarceration with credit for 23 days time served, $825 in fines and fees and 50 hours of community service on a count of interference with custody of children as well as one year probation, $625 in fines and fees, 30 hours of community service and anger management and mental health evaluations and compliance with recommendations on a count of resisting arrest.

¯ Joshua K. McDunn, 37, Clarendon, to five days incarceration, probation, $800 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel program, a 12 month license suspension and 30 hours of community service on a count of DUI.

¯ William J. Moore, Jr., 28, Warren, to 16 to 32 months incarceration, $349.56 in restitution, $2,725 in fines and fees, alcohol highway safety school, a 12 month license suspension, 30 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample and drug and alcohol treatment in state prison on a count of DUI as well as $1,045 in fines and fees and a 12 month license suspension on a count of driving on a DUI-related suspended license and a $300 fine on a count of accident damage to unattended vehicle/property.

¯ Joseph L. Mott, 55, Warren, to 11 days to one year incarceration with credit for 11 days time served, $575 in fines and fees, a no contact/no trespass order and drug and alcohol treatment on a count of disorderly conduct.

¯ Jessica S. Powell, 26, Corry, to 30 days incarceration, $925 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension and credit for five days time served on a count of DUI as well as $70 on a count of careless driving.

¯ Robert L. Romanowsky, 60, Youngsville, to 24 to 48 months incarceration with credit for 256 days time served, $7,281.57 in restitution, $1,900 in fines and fees, a no contact/no trespass order and submission of a DNA sample on a count of strangulation as well as three to six months incarceration on a count of simple assault.

¯ Michael D. Scalise, 59, Warren, to one year probation, $400 in restitution, $925 in fines and fees, 50 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample and to undergo a mental health evaluation and comply with recommendations on a count of receiving stolen property.

¯ Zachary A. Schulz, 22, Jamestown, NY, to $725 in fines and fees on a count of possession of marijuana and $100 on a speeding violation.

¯ Ivan F. Smith, III, 33, Russell, to six months probation, $115.99 in restitution, $500 in fines and fees, a no contact/no trespass order, 15 hours of community service, self-help meetings and compliance with mental health recommendations on a count of criminal mischief — damage property as well as six months probation and 15 hours of community service on a count of criminal mischief — damage property and six months probation, 15 hours of community service and to undergo an anger management evaluation and comply with recommendations on a count of harassment.

¯ Maddison R. Thomson, 20, Warren, to $825 in fines and fees on a count of possession of marijuana as well as 10 days house arrest, six months probation, $1,675 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, a 12 month license suspension, 15 hours of community service and compliance with drug and alcohol treatment recommendations on a count of DUI as well as $70 each on charges of careless driving and fail to notify police.

¯ Crystal R. Yeskey, 30, Warren, to one year probation, $100 in restitution to the Warren County Drug Task Force, $1,275 in fines and fees and 50 hours of community service on a count of firearm ownership — duty of other persons.
